Allows for quick feedback and has a text area for comments. You can see them if you are logged in as an administrator. You also get email notifications of new ones. I saw a site like this once before. This will be simple and open source.

Project author and members receive automatic email notifications when comments are posted.

I'd like to participate in the server side of this feature. I click 'Join this project' but I get a Django exception.

I think this is a very good idea.
