Has anyone started working on this project. I would like to contribute

I have a working version here http://github.com/webiest/twollow/tree/master It needs to be refined though since it is hitting limits. I suggest that we add people who have been unfollowed to a database so that we do not follow them again. Also we can do the unfollowing on a time-based method (oldest unmutual friends will be unfollowed). Let me know what you think. Thanks.
