Concept Buzz is an application / site idea that will allow a person to track interest in their concept, project, whatever. I wrote a blog post on the topic back in March and that can be found at:

The main idea is to allow someone to embed a widget in their page that will allow others to see a sparkline that is indicating what the overall buzz is for a concept. The overall conceptbuzz is aggregated from a number of different urls by using an administration screen to pull together a number of urls into a concept group.
Individual buzz units are tracked through monitoring social media channels such as twitter, delicious, digg, etc.
In addition to just an overall buzz score, I had envisaged buzz being able to provide some direction on roadmapped features for a particular product. For example, if the buzz widget was embedded into a url that related to a particular product feature the popularity of that feature could be measured against other features.
